Your use of the Services constitutes your agreement to comply with all the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service, in any manner of use. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use our Services.
1. Use of Our Services
Who May Use Our Services. We are pleased that you choose to play our games and use our applications, but there are certain restrictions on who may use the Services.
You may not use our Services if:
- You lack the capacity to enter into a binding contract with IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC;
- You are under the age of 13, in which case you must not create an account or use any part of the Services unless the game displays age requirements and you accurately state your age, or submit personal information (e.g., name, address, telephone number, email address) through the Services or to IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC;
- You are located in a country subject to an embargo by the United Kingdom, such that you are prohibited from receiving products, including Services or software, from the United Kingdom;
- You are a convicted sex offender; or
- You have previously been banned from playing any IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC game or using any IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC Service.
If you are under the age of 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
Other Important Rules and Terms
Your use of the Services is subject to compliance with the IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC Community Rules and any applicable Feature Terms. These additional rules and terms apply in addition to these Terms and are material; please read them carefully. If you access the Services through a social network or download the Services from another platform (e.g., Apple or Google), you are also subject to their terms of service/use and the terms set forth below.
2. Service Changes and Limitations
The Services are constantly evolving, and we may require you to accept updates to the Services, as well as to these Terms, the Community Rules, and the IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC Privacy Policy. We may from time to time require you to update the game or software to continue using our Services. We may perform such updates remotely, including to IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC software stored on your computer or mobile device, without prior notice to you.
IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC reserves the right to discontinue providing and/or supporting the Services or any specific game or part of the Services, either permanently or temporarily, in which case your licence to use shall automatically terminate or suspend. In such event, IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC shall not be obligated to provide players with any refunds, benefits, or other compensation in connection with the discontinued part of the Services or any virtual items acquired or purchased.
IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC may, in its sole discretion, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access to the Services or any part thereof, bar access to our games and websites and their contents, Services, and tools, and delay or remove hosted content. IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC shall have no obligation to compensate you for any such losses or consequences.
3. Ownership; Limited Licence
Games and Services
The Services consist of works owned by IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and other intellectual property rights of the United States and other countries, as well as other applicable laws, rules, or regulations. IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC owns, is licensed to use, or otherwise has the right to use all content appearing in the Services. These Terms do not grant you or any other party any right, title, or interest in or to the Services or the content of the Services.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and other rules, including the Community Rules, IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited licence, subject to these Terms, to access and use the Services via a web browser or mobile device that supports IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC’s offerings, solely for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Services for any other purpose.
If you breach these Terms or any other terms applicable to you, we may take action, up to and including permanent suspension of your account, with retroactive effect. Additionally, you may be in violation of law, including infringement of IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC’s intellectual property rights. Any attempt by you to interfere with or disrupt the Services, including but not limited to acts that undermine or control the legitimate operation of any IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC game, is a violation of IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC’s policies and may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law.
Your Account and Virtual Items
Notwithstanding anything in these Terms, the Community Rules, or any other Feature Terms applicable to your chosen features, you do not own any account created by you in our Services, including in-game accounts, and your account is not your property. The same applies to other items, such as in-game currency or items, whether you "earn" or "purchase" such items in the game. Your account and associated items are the property of IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC. IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC provides you with a limited licence to use your account and associated items for the duration of our provision of the Services.
We may delete or terminate accounts that have been inactive (i.e., not logged into) for 180 days.If you wish to request the deletion of your account, click here to learn how to submit a request.
You may not transfer virtual items outside of the Services (i.e., into the "real world"), for example by selling, gifting, or trading them. We will not recognise such transfers as valid. You may not license, trade, sell, or attempt to exchange in-game virtual items for "real money", nor exchange virtual items for any form of value outside the game. Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and null and void, and we may terminate your account as a result.
4. User Content
If you transmit or upload User Content on the Services, you represent and warrant that the Content shall be:
- Accurate;
- Not confidential;
- Not unlawful;
- Not in violation of contractual restrictions or the rights of other parties, and that you have obtained all necessary permissions from any third parties whose personal information or intellectual property rights are included in the User Content;
- Free of viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code;
- In compliance with the IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC Community Rules.
Your User Content shall be processed in accordance with the IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC a perpetual, irrevocable (except as set forth below), worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use your User Content and any modifications and derivative works thereof, in connection with the Services, including for marketing and promotional purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights you may have in respect of any User Content (e.g., the right to be identified as the author of the User Content, or the right to object to certain uses of the User Content).
5. Monitoring of Service Use and User Content
We have no obligation to monitor User Content and shall not be liable for any inappropriate or unlawful User Content or other player conduct on the Services. That said, we reserve the right to edit, refuse to post, or delete any User Content in our sole discretion.
We may also, in our discretion, monitor and/or record your interactions with the Services, or your communications with IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC or other players (including but not limited to chat messages and voice communications) when you use the Services.
We shall not be liable for any information, materials, products, or services provided by other players (e.g., in their profiles). If you become aware of any violation of these Terms or abuse of the Services, please notify us via the "Report Abuse" link provided in the Services, or contact our customer service.
6. Subscription Terms
Some of IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC’s games may offer subscription services. If you purchase a subscription, clicking the purchase button constitutes your request for us to immediately begin providing the subscription service and your entry into a daily/weekly/monthly/annual subscription contract with us. You also authorise us to charge you the recurring subscription fee quoted at the time of purchase. For subscriptions purchased for IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC games played on platforms such as Facebook, Apple, or Google, the platform shall charge you the subscription fee, and the platform’s payment terms shall apply. Please review the relevant platform’s payment terms for more information.
Subscription rates are stated in US dollars. If you use a local currency, the actual amount charged may fluctuate based on exchange rates, without prior notice to you. These fees shall be charged to the payment instrument provided by you at the time of subscription initiation (or to any other payment instrument if you update your account information). Please note that prices and charges are subject to adjustment. If IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC adjusts the monthly rate stated in US dollars, we will provide you with prior notice.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you terminate the subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date, otherwise the next subscription fee will be automatically charged via your selected payment method.
If you reside in the European Union, subscription services may be cancelled within 14 days of the date of purchase, and you may be entitled to a refund of the initial payment, less a reasonable pro-rated amount to cover the cost of the subscription service used prior to cancellation. Currently, subscription services are only available in select IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC games.
7. Third-Party Advertising
Our Services and games may contain advertisements served by us or other companies. Our Privacy Policy sets forth the information we share with advertisers; please read it carefully.
From time to time, we may provide links to websites of other companies in the games or Services, or invite you to participate in promotional activities in exchange for Service features or upgrades (e.g., in-game currency). Any costs or obligations you incur in dealing with these companies are your sole responsibility.
We make no representations or warranties whatsoever regarding any content, goods, or services provided by these companies, even if such content is associated with our Services or games. Furthermore, our permission for a link to appear in our games or Services does not constitute an endorsement of the linked website. We shall not be liable for any claims related to any content, goods, and/or services of third parties.
Please note that these linked websites are not under our control and may collect data or request you to provide personal or other information, or they may automatically collect your information. When you use similar services of other companies, such companies may (or may not) request your permission to access information and content. We shall not be liable for the content, business practices, or privacy policies of these other companies, nor for how they collect, use, or share information obtained from you.
8. Copyright Notices/Complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect you to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and any similar or equivalent local laws that may apply. If we determine that a player is a "repeat infringer", we reserve the right to terminate that player’s access to the Services, without prior notice to the player. We also cooperate with and do not interfere with standard technical measures adopted by copyright owners to protect their materials.
9. Assignment
We may assign any of our rights or obligations under these Terms, the Feature Terms, the Community Rules, or the Privacy Policy to any person or entity at any time, with or without your consent. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms, the Feature Terms, the Community Rules, or the Privacy Policy without the prior written consent of IT INTEGRATION SERVICES LLC, and any attempt to do so without such consent shall be null and void.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any other policies or rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior understandings between the parties with respect to such subject matter, whether electronic, oral, or written, or established by course of dealing. No course of dealing, policy, or precedent between you and us shall modify these Terms.
11. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms, the Feature Terms, the Community Rules, or our Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future. Further, our express waiver of any provision of these Terms, the Feature Terms, the Community Rules, or the Privacy Policy shall not constitute a permanent waiver of such provision for all future purposes. Any waiver shall be binding only if it is in writing and signed by both you and us.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any changes or issues beyond our reasonable control, including those arising from natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, accidents, failure of internet infrastructure, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.
